SUBJECT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The below business conditions govern the sale of tickets for events organized by Sanit Care s.r.o., ID number: 09710540, with registered office at Pikovická 206/11, Braník, 147 00 Prague, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under sp. C 339669 (hereinafter referred to as the "operator") and possibly by a company that cooperates with the operator, via the online store

ustupenky.aano.cz operated by the operator and all contractual relationships with customers that result from this. These terms and conditions are valid from February 20, 2024.

TICKETS SALE
Ticket sales are carried out through the online store on the aano.cz website, which offers tickets exclusively in the form of the so-called E-Ticket. An E-Ticket is a ticket that has an electronic form. Its validity is verified by means of a unique code that identifies the owner of the ticket when entering the given event. The ticket does not allow entry to the event, it is used exclusively to receive the so-called entrance wristband, which the owner of a valid ticket receives upon entering the event.

ENTRY BRACELET
On the basis of a valid ticket code, the ticket owner will receive a so-called entrance wristband, which will allow him to enter the event. The entrance wristband is non-transferable, valid only for one event and allows entry to only one person.

PRICES AND FEES
The ticket price is stated in Czech crowns ("CZK") including the statutory rate of value added tax. The price of the ticket indicated during the online sale is final. The operator decides on the current ticket prices.

TICKET DELIVERY
The ticket is in the form of a so-called E-ticket. Its delivery takes place only in electronic form, in the following way:
By e-mail to the address that the customer filled in during the reservation. This form of delivery is mandatory.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
The paid entrance fee is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated for a specific event.
In the event that a specific event is subject to individual cancellation conditions that allow a refund of the entrance fee, if these conditions are met, the ticket holder will receive the entrance fee
returned, but its amount will be reduced by the transaction fee. The refund of the entrance fee is only possible via bank transfer (the customer must provide bank details).
The purchased ticket (E-Ticket) cannot be exchanged for a ticket to another event.
The operator is not responsible for tickets purchased outside the aano.cz online ticket shop. The entrance fee for a ticket purchased in this way will not be refunded by the operator.
In the event that the event is completely canceled by the organizer, the customer who provided the operator with their contact (e-mail, phone) will be informed via this contact that the event is cancelled. The operator bears no responsibility towards the customer in the event that it is not possible to reach the customer in time through this contact.
In the event of cancellation of the event by the organizer, the operator will, at the request of the ticket owner, return the entrance fee exclusively up to the amount of the purchased ticket, as follows:
Bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).
